Spelleken Assoc. have specialised in the search and comparison of smart production locations, in the identification of real estate and their preparation for investment (clearing) and finally in the entire set of services of – how we call it – team-building for quick start of production. Despite of the ramp-up-orientation, our philosophy is to sustain production planning by long-term-solutions in harmony with the local and regional setting.
